If you become unexpectedly ill or have an accident while travelling and need emergency medical assistance, call the service company's call center at the number indicated in your insurance policy.
When contacting the Service Company, it is necessary to provide the following data: surname, first name; policy number and its validity period; name of the insurance company; reason for requesting assistance; your location (country, city, hotel, apartment address); code and contact telephone number.
If for some reason you have not been able to call the Service Company and you have sought medical assistance yourself at a medical institution in your place of residence, ACORD GRUP will reimburse your expenses upon your return from the trip upon presentation of supporting documents in accordance with the limit set in the insurance contract (insurance policy).
After returning to your country of residence, report the insured event to ACORD GRUP within 35 days.
