Civil liability insurance for airport owners and aviation services applies when the Insured is responsible for compensating damages caused to the life, health, or property of individuals or legal entities due to airport operations specified in the insurance contract.
Insurance Conditions:
In the event of an insured case, compensation is provided within 14 days after the investigation is completed and the insurance document is signed by the Insurer.
Sum Insured:
The insured sum is determined by mutual agreement and represents the maximum compensation for:
- Each insured case;
- A series of cases arising from a single accident, regardless of the number of claims or reports.
The insurance contract may include separate sums for:
- Damages to the life and health of a single person;
- Damages to the life and health of multiple persons;
- Material damage to the property of an unlimited number of persons.
The insured sum specified in the contract may be:
- Aggregate – the total compensation cannot exceed the insured sum stated in the contract;
- Per case – compensation for each type of damage, regardless of the number of cases.
Insurance Premium:
The premium depends on:
- Conditions chosen by the Insured;
- Total obligations of the Insurer;
- Duration of the contract;
- Other risk factors.
The premium can be paid as a lump sum or in installments.
