Flight delay means the delay of a scheduled flight due to the late departure of the aircraft because of a technical breakdown of the vehicle or extreme weather conditions for more than 6 hours.

What should I do if my flight is delayed?

At the place of departure, contact the transport organization to obtain the documents confirming the flight delay, indicating the reason and duration of the delay;

Within 35 calendar days after returning from a trip, report the incident to ACORD GRUP insurance company.

Please note that "ACORD GROUP", depending on the event, the terms and conditions of the Contract and the insurance regulations, has the right to request other documents necessary for the settlement of the reported event.
