Take all possible measures and actions to prevent and minimize damage and to save the insured property.
If an insured event has occurred at a hazardous installation:
Contact your national fire authority or rescue services.
Report an insured event to ACORD GRUP by any means available: by phone, by e-mail, by contacting the ACORD GRUP office in person
Make a written notification of the event and send it to the ACORD GROUP by any means available: by e-mail or by submitting it to the ACORD GROUP office no later than three working days after you become aware of the insured event.
